TERMS & CONDITIONS

• Your scheduled time is when the boat will depart. Please arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time for check in. We do not offer refunds for tardy arrivals. 

• PARKING: 

Just like anywhere here on the beautiful Anna Maria, traffic & parking can get congested. Be sure to ensure plenty of time to park or explore some free transportation options offered on the island. 

*Anna Maria Island Free Trolley:

Daily service on the trolley runs from 6 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. every 20 minutes from the Anna Maria City Pier on the north to Coquina Beach (in the city of Bradenton Beach) on the south.

• If you have entered an international phone number, please call as soon as you've made a reservation to confirm. We are unable to call internationally and will only be able to reach you via email. 

• Your Fishing Guide will work hard to provide you with a fun and safe trip, GRATUITY OF 20% IS CUSTOMARY, ADDITIONAL, AND NOT INCLUDED IN THE PRICE OF THE TRIP broken equipment will be charged to the customer for a minimum of $200 for broken rod and reels. TAXES AND FEES ARE ADDED TO EACH TRANSACTION TO INCLUDE A $50 FUEL SURCHARGE AND 7% EMBARKATION FEE. 

• CANCELLATION POLICY:

Any reservation changes or cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to your scheduled trip. $150 cancellation Fee will be charged. Cancellations made within 24 hours will result in full charge of scheduled fishing trip. Please note, cancellations or changes may only be made by phone.

• WEATHER: 

Cancellations due to weather concerns will be made solely at the discretion of Fish AMI And the Captain of the trip, if we have any concerns with conditions, we will contact your party and do our best to schedule around the weather.

• ONLINE FEEDBACK/REVIEWS:

In accordance with CRFA Customer shall not share, post, spread, or provide on any platform: defamatory information in regards to, personal information, names, descriptions, or the likeness or alias of, libelous, slanderous, false, harassing, abusive, obscene, vulgar, sexually explicit or inappropriate with respect to race, gender, sexuality, ethnicity or other intrinsic characteristic, or that contain false or misleading statements, remarks mention of a competitor while direct or indirect. Any acts of blackmail, extortion, demands, or threats made in respect to reviews, or business reputation of any kind, will not be tolerated and will be documented and legal action taken immediately. • CUSTOMER SAFETY AND LIABILITY:

By accepting terms and conditions you agree to hold harmless FISH AMI L.L.C., Captain and any crew members on board the vessel, Customer understands and accepts for themselves and on behalf of their entire party, fitness and physical capability to boat, fish, and perform any and all physical requirements onboard and during normal operation, or emergency situation, and accepts full personal responsibility of risks and dangers while aboard the vessel, and on company property, including but not limited to, sinking, storms, lightning, hooks and sharp objects, injuries incurred from wildlife, bones, choking, illness, disease, poisoning, allergy caused by any fish or animal harvested for consumption, allergic reactions, rough seas, slips, falls, animal and fish bites or attacks, man overboard, drowning, fire, medical emergencies, mechanical failures, pregnancy complications,  and any and all other issues that could arise from any situation onboard.
